As we have begun coming out of the coronavirus pandemic in 2021 there has been a surge in popularity to move into the South Bay. We recently helped a young, growing family find their first home walking distance to a highly regarded elementary, middle, and high school. After losing several bidding wars in the area, we formulated creative buying terms to make our clients’ offer more attractive to the sellers.
