During escrow, the buyers requested a significant credit, which we were able to negotiate down to less than $1,000.00. Finally, in less than 30 days after opening escrow, the deal closed and our sellers are able to walk away from their home of 20 years knowing they maximized their investment on this Princeton Street condo.
