Background And Experience

Stephanie J. Shaiken spent her early years all over the country but has called North County Coastal San Diego home since 2012.  In 2007 Stephanie graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Social Thought and Analysis with a focus on consumer behavior.  Stephanie’s expertise lies in consumer experience and satisfaction which allows her to offer the highest quality service and personal attention to each of her clients.

Stephanie’s family lived in no less than 10 homes prior to her attending university.  As a curious and opinionated child she always accompanied her family on their home search and never held back on her opinion.  Her parents will tell you today that she never steered them wrong and her advice always resulted in profit.  It was as a young adult while still accompanying family and friends who were seeking her advice that she realized that real estate was her calling.  She has a knack for recognizing her clients’ tastes and an eye for finding what fits their unique lifestyles.  After spending just under a decade in North County San Diego, Stephanie has delved into the communities in the area extensively and can help her clients find the spot that suits them best and will help them grow in the future.

Stephanie spends her free time exploring all that San Diego has to offer with her family.  She enjoys seeking out every new park and family activity with her two sons.  As a trained pastry chef, she loves to bake at home but also samples all the amazing food that San Diego has to offer. Be sure to ask her which beaches to visit and where to pick up a bite to eat.  Stephanie knows that there is no place she would rather live than San Diego and wants to share that excitement with you.
