Background And Experience
Paris is Esquire Real Estate Brokerage’s lead real estate consultant and salesperson for the San Diego market. For over a decade, Paris has been a resident of San Diego where she lives with her husband and two children. Paris graduated from UC Irvine in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2009, she graduated from the USC Gould School of Law. Prior to joining Esquire Real Estate Brokerage, Inc., Paris established her own corporate transactional law practice where she obtained significant experience advising multi-million dollar companies in a variety of complex corporate transactions. Through this experience, Paris developed a knack for focusing on details of deals to maximize profits and minimize liability for her clients.
Paris’s passion for all things real estate and interior design led her to combine her aptitude for client advocacy with real estate. Paris’s natural knack and refined eye for beauty in real estate and interior design, combined with more than a decade of experience focusing on the fine details of complex transactions, make her a formidable force with the ability to both identify elegant properties and also protect her clients by negotiating all aspects of a real estate deal. Her experience and knowledge allow her to minimize risk and exposure for her clients while creating the most value possible in every transaction.
In addition to being part of the Esquire Real Estate Brokerage team, Paris heads her own business and corporate transactional law practice. Along with practicing law and real estate, Paris enjoys cooking, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her friends and family.
