The quiet, residential neighborhood boasts a family environment and excellent schools. The search then became focused on finding a home that would allow our clients’ family home to grow, and that was move-in ready. Our clients then opened escrow on another property in Long Beach, but then canceled that escrow after discovering significant problems with the sewer line that would have required extensive and expensive repairs.
