This deal represented three big firsts for Esquire Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. It was our first deal where we represented both the buyer and seller, our first off-market deal, and our first deal involving a repeat customer! While searching for a new home for our first time home buyer client, the opportunity arose when our previous customer approached us about selling the unit he had purchased through us a little less than two years ago. The parties were able to quickly reach an agreement on the purchase price and various other terms, and opened escrow. After a lengthy escrow that involved working through a number of obstacles with the HOA and lender, we were able to close the sale of this deal a little over two years after our clients purchased it.
