Having worked to prepare our clients to be prepared and aggressive during the offer process, we were able to minimize our clients’ contingencies in order to make the offer attractive to the seller, despite being at a lower price than other offers. The inspection period then revealed that the home’s “guts” are in great condition, leaving only cosmetic updating necessary in order to make this home our clients’ dream home. After a relatively smooth escrow, our clients have now closed on a fantastic property. As the new owners of this home, our clients will now be able to customize it to their taste, and they will have a spacious, beautiful home to call their own for many years to come.
